Leukotrien-B4 20-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.30, leukotrien-B4 20-hidroksilaza, leukotrien-B4 omega-hidroksilaza, LTB4 20-hidroksilaza, LTB4 omega-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (6Z,8E,10E,14Z)-(5S,12R)-5,12-dihidroksiikosa-6,8,10,14-tetraenoat,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (20-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (6Z,8E,10E,14Z)-(5S,12R)-5,12-dihidroksiikosa-6,8,10,14-tetraenoat + NADPH + H+ + O2 (6Z,8E,10E,14Z)-(5S,12R)-5,12,20-trihidroksiikosa-6,8,10,14-tetraenoat + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450).
