Krotonil-KoA karboksilaza/reduktaza (EC 1.3.1.85, CCR, krotonil-KoA reduktaza (karboksilating)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2S)-etilmalonil-KoA:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2S)-etilmalonil-KoA + NADP+ (E)-but-2-enoil-KoA + CO2 + NADPH + H+
Ova reakcija je katalizovana u reverznom smeru. Enzim, izolovan iz bakterije Rhodobacter sphaeroides, katalizuje (E)-but-2-enoil-KoA-zavisnu oksidaciju NADPH u prisustvu CO2.
