Izolikviritigenin 2'-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.154, halkon OMT, CHMT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:izolikviritigenin 2'-O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + izolikviritigenin S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 2'-O-metilizolikviritigenin
Ova enzim nije identičan sa EC 2.1.1.65, likodion 2'-O-metiltransferazom.
