Izohorizmatna lijaza (EC 4.2.99.21, salicilat biosintezni protein pchB, piohelinski biosintetički protein PchB, izohorizmat piruvatna lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom izohorizmat piruvat-lijaza (formira salicilat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
