iRNK (nukleozid-2'-O-)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.57, informacioni ribonukleatni nukleozid 2'-metiltransferaza, informacioni RNK (nukleozid-2'-)-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:iRNK (nukleozid-2'-O)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + m7G5'ppp5'R-iRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + m7G5'ppp5'Rm-iRNK
Nukleozid pored terminalnog guanozina može da bude bilo guanozin ili adenozin. Formiranje 2'-O-metiladenozinske kape je ranije bilo klasifikovano kao EC 2.1.1.58.
