Kaspaza-10 (EC 3.4.22.63, FLICE2, Mch4, CASP-10, ICE-slična apoptotička proteaza 4, apoptotička proteaza Mch-4) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Neophodno je prisustvo Asp ostatka u P1 poziciji. Preferentno dolazi do razlaganja sekvence Leu-Gln-Thr-Asp-Gly
Kaspaza-10 je inicijatorna kaspaza, koji što su i kaspaza-2 (EC 3.4.22.55), kaspaza-8 (EC 3.4.22.61) i kaspaza-9 (EC 3.4.22.62).
