Hidrogensulfit reduktaza (EC 1.8.99.3, bisulfitna reduktaza, disimilatorna sulfitna reduktaza, desulfoviridin, desulforubidin, desulfofuscidin, disimilatorni tip sulfitne reduktaza, tritionat:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tritionat:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tritionat + akceptor + 2H2O + OH- 3 bisulfit + redukovani akceptor
Metilviologen može da deluje kao akceptor.
