Protohlorofilid reduktaza (EC 1.3.1.33, NADPH2-protohlorofilidna oksidoreduktaza, NADPH-protohlorofilidna oksidoreduktaza, NADPH-protohlorofilidna reduktaza, protohlorofilidna oksidoreduktaza, protohlorofilidna fotooksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hlorofillid-a:NADP+ 7,8-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hlorofilid a + NADP+ protohlorofilid + NADPH + H+
Ovaj enzim katalizuje od svetla zavisnu trans-redukciju D-prstena protohlorofilida. Produkt je (7S,8S)-konfiguracija.
