2-Hloro-4-karboksimetilinbut-2-en-1,4-olid izomeraza (EC 5.2.1.10, 2-hlorokarboksimetilinbutenolidna izomeraza, hlorodienlaktonska izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-hloro-4-karboksimetilinbut-2-en-1,4-olid cis-trans-izomeraza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
