Hidrohinon 1,2-dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.66, hidrohinonska dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom benzen-1,4-diol:kiseonik 1,2-oksidoreduktaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- benzen-1,4-diol + O2 (2E,4Z)-4-hidroksi-6-oksoheksa-2,4-dienoat
Ovaj enzim je dioksigenaza ekstradiolnog tipa.
