Ljudska endogena retrovirusna K endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.23.50, ljudska endogena retrovirusna K10 endopeptidaza, endogena retrovirusna HERV-K10 proteaza, ljudki endogeni retrovirusni K retropepsin, HERV K10 endopeptidaza, HERV K10 retropepsin, HERV-K PR, HERV-K proteaza, HERV-K113 proteaza, ljuska endogena retrovirusna K113 proteaza, ljuski retrovirusni K10 retropepsin) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Modifikacija autentičnog HIV-1 PR mesta prepoznavanja i oslobađanje maturisanih p17 matriks i p24 kapsidnih proteina, što je posledica presecanja -SQNY-PIVQ- motiva
Ovaj enzim pripada peptidaznoj familiji A2.
