Fosfoetanolamin/fosfoholinska fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.75, PHOSPHO1, 3X11A) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfoetanolamin fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) O-fosfoeetanolamin + H2O etanolamin + fosfat
- (2) fosfoholin + H2O holin + fosfat
Za rad ovog enzim je neophodan Mg2+.
