Format dehidrogenaza (akceptor) (EC 1.1.99.33, FDHH, FDH-H, FDH-O, formatna dehidrogenaza H, formatna dehidrogenaza O) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom format:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Format dehidrogenaza je citoplazmični enzim koji oksiduje format bez transfera kiseonika.
