Tripeptidilna peptidaza II (EC 3.4.14.10, tripeptidilna aminopeptidaza, tripeptidilna peptidaza, tripeptidilna aminopeptidaza II, TPP) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje N-terminalnog tripeptida sa polipeptida
Ovaj citozolni enzim pripada peptidaznoj familiji S8 (subtilizinskoj familiji).
