X-His dipeptidaza (EC 3.4.13.3, aminoacilhistidinska dipeptidaza, karnozinaza, homokarnozinaza, dipeptidaza M) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza Xaa-His dipeptida
Ovaj citosolni enzim sisara takođe deluje na anserin i homokarnozin.
