Glukonolaktonaza (EC 3.1.1.17, laktonaza, aldonolaktonaza, glukono-delta-laktonaza, gulonolaktonaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glukono-1,5-lakton laktonohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glukono-1,5-lakton + H2O D-glukonat
Ovaj enzim deluje na širok opseg heksoza-1,5-laktona.
