UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin + 6-(alfa-D-manozil)-beta-D-manozil-R UDP + 6-(2-[N-acetil-beta-D-glukozaminil]-alfa-D-manozil)-beta-D-manozil-R

R označava ostatak N-vezanog oligosaharida u glikoproteinskom akceptoru.
