Hidroksipiruvat reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.81, beta-hidroksipiruvatna reduktaza, NADH:hidroksipiruvatna reduktaza, D-gliceratna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glicerat:NADP+ 2-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glicerat + NAD(P)+ hidroksipiruvat + NAD(P)H + H+
