Glukoza 1-dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.47, D-glukozna dehidrogenaza (NAD(P)+), heksoza fosfat dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom beta-D-glukoza:NAD(P)+ 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- beta-D-glukoza + NAD(P)+ D-glukono-1,5-lakton + NAD(P)H + H+
Takođe oksiduje D-ksilozu.
