Šikimat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.25, šikimatna dehidrogenaza, dehidrošikimatna reduktaza, šikimat oksidoreduktaza, šikimat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza, 5-dehidrošikimat reduktaza, šikimat 5-dehidrogenaza, 5-dehidrošikimatna reduktaza, DHS reduktaza, šikimat:NADP+ 5-oksidoreduktaza, AroE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom šikimat:NADP+ 3-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- šikimat + NADP+ 3-dehidrošikimat + NADPH + H+
NAD+ ne može da zameni NADP+. Kod viših organizma, ovaj enzim formira deo multienzimskog kompleksa sa EC 4.2.1.10, 3-dehidrohinat dehidratazom.
