D-ksiloza 1-dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.175, NAD+-D-ksiloza dehidrogenaza, D-ksiloza dehidrogenaza, (NAD+)-vezana D-ksilozna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-ksiloza:NAD+ 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-ksiloza + NAD+ D-ksilonolakton + NADH + H+
