Dezoksicitidin kinaza (EC 2.7.1.74, dezoksicitidinska kinaza (fosforilacija), 2'-dezoksicitidinska kinaza, Ara-C kinaza, arabinofuranozilcitozinska kinaza, dezoksicitidin-citidinska kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NTP:dezoksicitidin 5'-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- NTP + dezoksicitidin NDP + dCMP
Citozin arabinozid može da deluje kao akceptor. Svi prirodni nukleozid trifosfati (izuzev dCTP) mogu da budu donori.
