Dihidroksifenilalanin transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.49, dopa transaminaza, dihidroksifenilalaninska aminotransferaza, aspartat-DOPP transaminaza (ADT), L-dopa transaminaza, dopa aminotransferaza, glutamat-DOPP transaminaza (GDT), fenilalanin-DOPP transaminaza (PDT), DOPA 2-oksoglutaratna aminotransferaza, DOPAATS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3,4-dihidroksi-L-fenilalanin:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-dopa + 2-oksoglutarat 3,4-dihidroksifenilpiruvat + L-glutamat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
