D-4-hidroksifenilglicin transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.72, D-hidroksifenilglicinska aminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-4-hidroksifenilglicin:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-4-hidroksifenilglicin + 2-oksoglutarat 4-hidroksifenilglioksilat + L-glutamat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
