Indol-2-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.137, BX2 (gen), CYP71C4 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom indol,NAD(P)H:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (2-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- indol + NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 indolin-2-on + NAD(P)+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi zaštitnih i alelofatskih benzoksazinoida kod pojedinih biljaka, i.e. Iz familije Poaceae (trave). On je član grupe citohrom P450 zavisnih monooksigenaza.
