Granzim A (EC 3.4.21.78, CTLA3, HuTPS, proteaza 1 asociran sa T-ćelijom, citotoksična T limfocitna serinska proteaza, TSP-1, serinska proteinaza izvedena iz T-ćelija) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina, uključujući fibronektin, tip IV kolagena i nukleolin. Preferentno odvajanje: -Arg-, -Lys- >> -Phe- u supstratima koji su mali molekuli
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u citotoksičnim T limfocitnim granulama.
