Benzil alkohol O-benzoiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.196, benzoil-KoA:benzil alkohol benzoiltransferaza, benzoil-KoA:benzil alkohol/feniletanol benzoiltransferaza, benzoil-koenzim A:benzil alkohol benzoiltransferaza, benzoil-koenzim A:feniletanol benzoiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom benzoil-KoA:benzil alkohol O-benzoiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- benzoil-KoA + benzil alkohol KoA + benzil benzoat
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi isparljivog benzenoida i benzojeve kiseline.
