Angiotensin-konvertujući enzim 2 (EC 3.4.17.23, ACE-2, ACE2, hACE2, angiotenzin konvertujući enzim 2, angiotenzin konvertujući enzim-2, Tmem27) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- angiotenzin II + H2O angiotenzin-(1--7) + L-fenilalanin
Ovaj transmembranski glikoprotein sadrži ektracelularni katalitički domen.
