Alifatična (R)-hidroksinitrilna lijaza (EC 4.1.2.46, (R)-HNL, (R)-oksinitrilaza, (R)-hidroksinitril lijaza, LuHNL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2R)-2-hidroksi-2-metilbutannitril butan-2-on-lijaza (formira cijanid).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2R)-2-hidroksi-2-metilbutannitril cijanid + butan-2-on
Ovaj enzim sadrži Zn2+.
