Alantoatna deiminaza (EC 3.5.3.9, alantoatna amidohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alantoat amidinohidrolaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alantoat + H2O (S)-ureidoglicin + NH3 + CO2
Ovaj enzim je deo urejidnog puta.
