D-ksiluloza reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.9, D-ksilulozna reduktaza, NAD+-zavisna ksilitol dehidrogenaza, ksilitol dehidrogenaza, eritritol dehidrogenaza, 2,3-cis-poliol(DPN) dehidrogenaza (C3-5), pentitol-DPN dehidrogenaza, ksilitol-2-dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ksilitol:NAD+ 2-oksidoreduktaza (formira D-ksilulozu).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ksilitol + NAD+ D-ksiluloza + NADH + H+
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje kao L-eritrulozna reduktaza.
