1,4-Laktonaza (EC 3.1.1.25, gama-laktonaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,4-lakton hidroksiacilhidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 1,4-lakton + H2O 4-hidroksikiselina
Ovaj enzim je specifičan za 1,4-laktone sa 4-8 atoma ugljenika.
