(-)-Sabinenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.109, (-)-sabinene synthase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-sabinen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat (-)-sabinen + difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
