Korporacija Studebaker (fonetski:ˈstjuːdəbeɪkər) je bila američka kompanija za proizvodnju teretnih kola i automobila sa sjedištem u South Bendu u Indiani. Osnovana je 1852. a korporacijom postala 1868[1] pod imenom Studebaker Brothers Manufacturing Company. Ispočetka je proizvodila teretna kola za farmere, rudare i vojsku.
Studebaker je postao dio auto-industrije godine 1902. sa proizvodnjom električnih vozila, da bi 1904. počeo proizvoditi vozila na benzin; sva su se prodavala pod imenom "Studebaker Automobile Company". Sve do 1911. je njen automobilski odjel poslovao u partnerstvu sa E-M-F Company i Garford Company iz grada Elyria.
