Answer

My personal thinking is:"users are lazy".

If you take article from serbian wiki you need to convert Cyrillic to Latin alphabet. Bosnian wiki is very weak. 95 % of users are using copy/paste to transfer articles from croatian or serbian wiki or they are translating from english wiki. In my personal thinking this is sad because they are not thinking with own head.

Other users will tell you that we are having small number of editors so we are having much greater number of articles using copy/paste and translations.

What you think about my answer ?--Rjecina2 (razgovor) 20:55, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

But if you were lazy, you would probably watch TV, drink beer or something else at this time? So what is the basic motivation --80.200.234.135 21:03, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

My personal thinking is that on one side they are lazy, but on other side they like to act like they are doing something. My thinking is not diplomatic but majority of users are having full knowledge of my thinking.
My thinking is having worth when we speak about normal articles (world things), but let say for example articles about Serbia (or Croatia or Bosnia) culture sports and similar is better to take from serbian/croatian/bosnian wiki because users from that wiki are having better informations about this things. We can't write so good articles about for example Niš clubs like user which are living in Niš ?
Serbo-Croatian wiki is we can say Yugoslav wiki --Rjecina2 (razgovor) 21:15, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

Thank you! But istn´t Yugoslav dead since nearby 20 years and do you think many people feel currently as Yugoslavs?--80.200.234.135 22:07, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

It is good idea to have wikipedia which is working on cooperation between members of different exYugoslav nations, which do not write hate articles about other exYugoslav nations or I am mistaking ?--Rjecina2 (razgovor) 23:44, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

Are non sh wikis predominantly writing hate articles about each other? Your idea would be good of it was like that--80.200.234.135 00:04, 10 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

This is wikipedia. You need to show where are written hate articles about any nation and actions will be taken--Rjecina2 (razgovor) 00:17, 10 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

While I do agree with my fellow colleague about people being both lazy and practical (as our ex-Yu Wikipedias really do have a larger database about ex-Yu related topics), there is, of course, a fact that I would like to add and/or elaborate my own opinion.

I do not think people are here, copying from hr.wiki because of political reasons. People might actually come here for political reasons, but they do not copy articles because of them. Also, you have to know that a large portion of the copied articles are actually articles written by the users themselves on hr.wiki (as is the case with some of my articles and the ones Seiya transferred). On the other hand, I have experienced that some users on hr.wiki tend to copy articles from this Wikipedia (I know that was the case with my Lea i Darija and Braća Kray) and I have done so with some articles in the past, when I wrote on the Croatian Wikipedia project (mostly with US presidents). This Wikipedia has a large database of articles not present on any of the ex-Yu Wikipedias written by users such as Rjecina, Seiya, OC Ripper, Mladifilozof, Alekol, myself and others...

Generally, new users or users banned from other projects tend to copy articles from other Wikipedias and that can hardly be taken as a valid example or a rule regarding this Wikipedia. To conclude, yes, some users do copy articles, but I can, for a fact say, that it is not a valid example of how things work here. We, to be honest, do have a very small group of users that actually contribute regularly but their contributions are original and not copies from other Wikipedias, as it is with some of the less regular contributors. If you look more deeply, you'll see what I'm talking about and you'll be able to deduce that there is a general encyclopedic motivation leading people to contribute here and not laziness or political reasons. Thank you! So as I understand you are a kind of "outlaws" contributing on sh wiki? Am I right? You don´t care that your works will be found much more rarely on google (as there is no sh google)? --80.200.234.135 22:15, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)

You could look at us in that manner, yes, but with a note that you can't take the phrase literally. As for your second inquiry, I can't give you a general answer. I, myself, would definitely like it, but I can't say about other colleagues. But, if you look at, for example, "Braća Kray" and type it in Google (despite the fact that there is no sh. Google), you will see that 2 of the top 3 search results link to this Wikipedia and the article itself can be traced from those link so I wouldn't actually say the rarity of appearances is a problem here --Biljezim se sa štovanjem,Poe 22:23, 9 april-травањ 2013 (CEST)
