HtrA2 peptidaza (EC 3.4.21.108, protein A2 sa zahtevom za visoku temperaturu, HtrA2, Omi stres-regulišuća endoproteaza, serinska proteinaza OMI, HtrA2 proteaza, OMI/HtrA2 proteaza, HtrA2/Omi, Omi/HtrA2) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje nepolarne alifatične aminokiseline na P1 poziciji, sa preferencijom za Val, Ile i Met. U P2 i P3 poziciji je najčešće Arg sa sekundarnom preferencijom za druge hidrofilne ostatake
Izražavanje ovog enzima je povišeno u sisarskim ćelijama u odgovoru na stres indukovan toplotnim šokom i tunikamicinskim tretmanom, a ima značaj i u patogenezi Parkinsonove bolesti.
