N,N'-diacetilhitobioza fosforilaza (EC 2.4.1.280, chbP (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N,N'-diacetilhitobioza:fosfat N-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N,N'-diacetilhitobioza + fosfat N-acetil-D-glukozamin + N-acetil-alfa-D-glukozamin 1-fosfat
Ovaj enzim je specifičan za N,N'-diacetilhitobiozu.
