Mg2+ importujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.2, Mg2+-importing ATPase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (Mg2+ import).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
