Hlorit O2-lizaza (EC 1.13.11.49, hloritna O2-lizaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hlorid:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Reakcija teče u reverznom smeru kod bakterija koje redukuju hlorate i perhlorate.
