Henry Lewis "Harry" Solter (19. novembar 1873 – 2. mart 1920) je bio američki glumac, scenarist i filmski režiser iz nijeme ere. Karijeru je započeo godine 1908. kao glumac u kompaniji Biograph Studios gdje je upoznao i svoju kolegicu i buduću zvijezdu Florence Lawrence sa kojom se oženio. Od 1909. je počeo raditi kao glumac za Independent Moving Pictures Co. of America, a potom i kao režiser. Godine 1912. su on i Lawrence osnovali Victor Studios u Fort Leeju, koga su sljedeće godine prodali vlasnicima budućeg Universal Studios. Solter je redateljsku karijeru morao prekinuti zbog zdravstvenih problema, a 1920. je umro od moždanog udara.
