6-hidroksinikotinat 3-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.114, NicC, 6HNA monooksigenaza, HNA-3-monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 6-hidroksinikotinat,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (3-hidroksilacija, dekarboksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 6-hidroksinikotinat + NADH + H+ + O2 2,5-dihidroksipiridin + NAD+ + H2O + CO2
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). Reakcija obuhvata aerobni katabolizam nikotinske kiseline.
