H+ eksportujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.6, proton-translocirajuća ATPaza, membranska H+-ATPaza plazme kvasca, membranska ATPaza plazme kvasca, ATP fosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (H+ eksport).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
