N-acetilmuraminska kiselina 6-fosfatna eteraza (EC 4.2.1.126, MurNAc-6-P eteraza, MurQ) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-laktat hidrolijaza (dodaje N-acetil-D-glukozamin 6-fosfat, formira N-acetilmuramat 6-fosfat).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-laktat + N-acetil-D-glukozamin 6-fosfat N-acetilmuramat 6-fosfat + H2O
Ovaj enzim, zajedno sa EC 2.7.1.170, anhidro-N-acetilmuraminsko kiselinskom kinazom, je neophodan da bi proteobakterije iskoristile anhidro-N-acetilmuraminsku kiselinu.
