Sekoizolaricirezinol dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.1.331, sekoizolaricirezinolna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (-)-sekoizolaricirezinol:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (-)-sekoizolaricirezinol + 2 NAD+ (-)-matairezinol + 2 NADH + 2 H+
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz biljki Forsythia intermedia i Podophyllum peltatum. In vitro se formira intermedijerni laktol.
