Cu2+ eksportujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.4, Cu2+-exporting ATPase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (Cu2+ eksport).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
