Amorfa-4,11-dien 12-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.158, CYP71AV1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom amorfa-4,11-dien,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (12-hidroksilacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- amorfa-4,11-dien + 3 O2 + 3 NADPH + 3 H+ artemisinat + 3 NADP+ + 4H2O (sveukupna reakcija)
- (1a) amorfa-4,11-dien + O2 + NADPH + H+ artemisinski alkohol + NADP+ + H2O
- (1b) artemisinski alkohol + O2 + NADPH + H+ artemisinski aldehid + NADP+ + 2H2O
- (1c) artemisinski aldehid + O2 + NADPH + H+ artemisinat + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). On je kloniran iz biljke Artemisia annua.
