CMP-N,N'-diacetillegionaminska kiselina sintaza (EC 2.7.7.82, CMP-N,N'-diacetilgionamininska kiselina sintetaza, neuA (gen), legF (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CTP:N,N'-diacetillegionaminatna citidililtransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz bakterija Legionella pneumophila i Campylobacter jejuni.
