Karotenoid-9',10'-razlaganje dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.71, BCO2 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-beta-karoten:O2 oksidoreduktaza (9',10'-razlaganje).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sve-trans-beta-karoten + O2 sve-trans-10'-apo-beta-karotenal + beta-jonon
Ovaj enzim sadrži Fe2+. On katalizuje asimetrično oksidativno razlaganje karotenoida.
