6-Fosfo-3-heksuloizomeraza (EC 5.3.1.27, 3-heksuloza-6-fosfat izomeraza, fosfo-3-heksuloizomeraza, PHI, 6-fosfo-3-heksuloza izomeraza, YckF) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-arabino-heks-3-uloza-6-fosfat izomeraza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

D-arabino-heks-3-uloza 6-fosfat D-fruktoza 6-fosfat

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u ribuloza-monofosfatnom ciklusu formaldehidne fiksacije.
