Germakren A hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.123, germakren-A hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-germakren-A,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (12-hidroksilacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (+)-germakren A + NADPH + H+ + O2 germakra-1(10),4,11(13)-trien-12-ol + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450).
